Hardware Requirements:
- The Epson F570 printer and software requires a computer (desktop or laptop) with Mac OS or Windows to work. Your computer must also be connected to an internet connnection
- ⚠️ This printer will not print from phones, tablets or other mobile devices.
Warranty & Return Policy:
The Epson F570 Printer included in this kit comes with a one year manufacturer’s warranty from Epson. Technical support is available to you from both Epson and MakerFlo Crafts. Once the printer has been used (or if ink is put into the tank), we will not be able to accept a return as per our return policy. If a manufacturing issue arises, we'll work with you to troubleshoot the issue to see if it can be fixed. If the printer ends up being a manufacturing issue, you will be covered under the 1 Year Warranty through Epson. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Order Processing
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will start processing on the following business day. Processing times may increase during peak seasons. Example: An order placed on Saturday will start processing Monday to leave our warehouse by Wednesday. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Same Day Rush Processing $10
We offer rush processing at checkout for $10. With this option, your order will receive priority fulfilliment and ship out of our warehouse on same day. The cutoff time for this service is 3pm MST, if Same Day Processing is requested after 3pm MST, your order will ship the following day. Same Day processing service is not expedited shipping.

Track Your Shipment
A shipment confirmation with tracking information will be sent to your email once the package has been scanned in by the carrier. Oftentimes the packages are scanned late at night.
Local Pickup
Free! We are located at 6100 W Gila Springs Place Suite 13 Chandler, AZ 85226, Open hours are M-F 10AM-5PM. Customers will receive an email once the order is ready for pickup.
Returns
By submitting a request through MakerFlo Crafts, you agree to the conditions listed below. We made these arrangements to ensure you are fully aware of our return procedures. These agreements apply to MakerFlo Crafts customers.
14-Day Return Policy We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There is a 15% Restocking Fee on Unused Equipment Returns (Printers, Laser Machines, Oven, and Heat Presses).
Return Process To start a return, you can contact us at sales@Makerflo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at sales@Makerflo.com.
How can customers return your products? To initiate a return, just pack up the items you are wanting to return, and have it dropped off at FedEx. The cost of return shipping will have to be incurred by the buyer, unless the items arrived damaged or defective to the customer. Please put a note inside the box saying Return For Refund and the Order Number.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at sales@makerflo.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you have any questions about our return policy please contact our customer support team at sales@makerflo.com.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
