This was my first time making a purchase with Makerflo, and I was not disappointed! They have super fast delivery. I made my purchase on a Friday night and had my items by the following Friday. I ordered 3 of these mugs, but was only sent one with everything else I ordered. I emailed them to let them know, thinking I would hear back in a day or two. I received an email less than two hours later stating that they would put my missing items in the mail ASAP. I received a new tracking number later that night and received the items a few days later.
